Woke up surrounded by lush greenery. The staff greeted us like family, and the extensive breakfast spread was delightful every morning.

However, the bathtub could use an update, and the noise from nearby parties occasionally disrupted our peace at night.

The stay offered beautiful views and an impressive breakfast selection, prominently featuring Spanish cuisine. However, the price felt excessive, as there were discrepancies between the billed amount and the charged price, alongside high minibar charges. Additionally, the need to sign up for internet access was inconvenient.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend stopover in Pattaya with outstanding value for money. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making our stay much more enjoyable. Make sure to check out the spa for a great relaxing experience.

My stay was frustrating from the beginning. I requested a double bed and late checkout in advance, only to be told they couldn't accommodate my requests upon arrival. The front desk staff apologized, which was nice, but it didn't resolve the issues. I expected more from a hotel of this reputation.
